Turns around and comes back.. confused..
After a brief chat about glass half full / half empty and a few good yarns..
Customer comes back 2 hours later (it was pretty bad)
Leaves with a smile on his Dial..
AND a phone full of data n photos..
Was he happy ABSOLUTELY…
When you get to work at 8.30am and already there are 6 customers waiting for you..
